Meeting formats
Different rooms for different work.
The Board uses several meeting formats depending on the work in front of it. Annual meetings happen once a year. Board meetings handle association business. Resident-and-Board meetings prioritize listening. Special and committee meetings convene as needed.
Every meeting is open to PLBRA members. We post agendas in advance and publish minutes after each gathering. If you can't attend in person, recorded meetings live on our YouTube channel.
01 · Annual
Annual Meeting
Formal annual meeting and board election held the second Sunday of January each year, in person.
02 · Board
Board Meeting
Bimonthly Zoom meeting for Board business. Open to residents — attendance encouraged.
03 · Residents
Residents and Board
Bimonthly in-person meeting focused on communicating with residents. Board business may be conducted.
04 · Special
Special Meeting
Ad hoc meeting called for a specific purpose. Notice provided per the bylaws.
05 · Committee
Committee Meetings
Working group meetings for active committees and the residents serving on them.
06 · Recorded
Recorded Meetings
Past meetings and events can be viewed on the PLBRA YouTube channel.
