Run for the board

PLBRA is run by residents, for residents. Elections are held annually. Any member in good standing is eligible to run for a seat on the board.

  1. 01 Become a voting member. You must be a PLBRA member in good standing before the nomination deadline. Membership is open to all Park La Brea residents.
  2. 02 Watch for the call for nominations. PLBRA announces the election cycle via the newsletter and at general meetings. Nomination forms are available from the PLBRA office.
  3. 03 Submit your nomination. Complete the nomination form and return it to the PLBRA office by the stated deadline. You may nominate yourself or a fellow member.
  4. 04 Campaign and vote. Candidates are introduced to the membership at a general meeting. All eligible members vote. Winners serve two-year terms.
